Was this the real reason all the Democrats fought like hell to block Trump’s border wall?
No less than Hillary Clinton’s own Comms Director had an email leaked back in 2018 in which she claimed that the ‘future electoral success’ of the Democrat party was directly tied to their opposition to meaningful border enforcement.
The Center for American Progress (CAP) Action Fund memo, which circulated Monday, called on Democrats to “refuse to offer any votes for Republican spending bills that do not offer a fix for Dreamers and instead appropriate funds to deport them.”
The memo from the left-leaning think tank also said that protecting DACA is not only a “moral imperative” but also a “critical component” in winning elections.
“The fight to protect Dreamers is not only a moral imperative, it is also a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success,” the memo read.
It finished, “If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond.” –FoxNews

In light or Palmieri’s letter, isn’t it convenient for them that these huge developments are going up in Texas … while supposed ‘sanctuary cities’ (e.g.: NYC and Chicago) and ‘sanctuary states’ (California) complain that they can’t take any more people because they are getting full.
If NYC is so full that they’re quietly bribing upstate hotels to take in the ‘overflow’ with only a few thousand people showing up on their doorstep, why are they turning a blind eye to the thousands coming through every day with responsibility for their care being dumped on the shoulders of border states like Texas?
Is it possible that Palmieri and her party have a REASON the would want to do such a thing?
But be careful about asking too many questions. The game has been rigged so that anyone who starts looking for answers is accused of being a specific kind of horrible person.
Because if they can call you names for demanding answers, nobody has the guts to ask the questions, and they can’t be held accountable for putting private interests of their party (whatever might be motivating them) ahead of the ACTUAL interests of the nation.
Even in cases where those interests include enforcing the nation’s laws or the Constitution itself.
