IS THIS OBSTRUCTION? Legal From FBI Tells Whistleblower To ‘Decline To Respond’ In Hearings

This is the same FBI whose entire Mar-A-Lago case hinges on Trump’s non-compliance. (Irony noted.)

We have whistleblower protections for a reason. We really don’t WANT absolute power concentrated in the hands of a few, unaccountable people.

When the rank-and-file have recourse for legal oversight in Congress to know about the abuses of rogue actors, the entire system is protected. And we KNOW we have had rogue actors — especially in the FBI.

Heck, we’re just now finding out that the FBI was monitoring the emails of the very investigators responsible for looking into the Crossfire Hurricane abuses. — (Devin Nunes: FBI Was Corruptly Spying On Intelligence Committee Lawyers’ Emails (VIDEO)) That’s kind of a big deal.

The guys running departments for Biden are smugly playing rope-a-dope with Congressional oversight.

To their horror, ordinary agents are tired of it, and have started testifying about what’s REALLY going on in their departments. Now we’re seeing that the FBI’s own legal department is actively throwing wrenches into that process… by explicitly directing one of their own NOT to cooperate with Congress.

Is the FBI’s legal team part of a coverup operation?
Does this amount to witness tampering in a whistleblower situation?

Importantly, this testimony directly implicates the President and his family in what could amount to criminal corruption and bribery (an offence explicitly listed in the impeachment clause), and the department in being complicit in sweeping that alleged wrongdoing under the rug.

FBI general counsel Jason Jones sent the letter Sunday afternoon, just hours before the agent was set to testify — even though a source tells The Post that the FBI knew of a scheduled Monday deposition for several days.

“[T]he Department expects that you will decline to respond to questions seeking non-public information likely covered by one or more components of executive privilege or other significant confidentiality interests, in particular information about deliberations or ongoing investigative activity in law enforcement matters,” Jones wrote.

“You should instead refer such questions to the FBI’s Office of Congressional Affairs,” the FBI lawyer went on. — NYPost

The FBI agent, whose name is not yet public, is expected to testify before Congress this week and confirm key details in the case raised by whistleblowers on the IRS side of the same investigation.

John The Baptist: A Rude Awakening Precedes A Great Awakening.

This timely little tome chronicles the politically incorrect ministry of one of God’s most effective wildmen, John the Baptist, who prepared the way for Christ’s ministry.

The abrasive message of repentance John preached 2000 years ago is still confrontational and offensive today — but it is also life-changing.

In our putrid, worldly culture that has turned away from God, this book is a must-read for every Christian.

Available in paperback for those of you who like the feel of the pages in your hot, little hands, on Kindle to keep it right at your fingertips, and as an epic Audiobook.
