SQUAD GOALS: Far-Left Dems Introduce Legislation Calling For A Ceasefire In Israel-Gaza War

The anti-Israel 'Squad' failed to demand that Hamas release the hostages. That's just an oversight, right?

The far-left Hamas apologists in the House of Representatives are trying to call for a ceasefire in order to “save lives.”

The Resolution barely mentions the Israeli lives that were taken in a terror attack and instead focuses on the lives of Palestinians who live in Hamas-controlled Gaza.

The same ones that are essentially being held hostage by their own terrorist government.

Led by Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), a group of anti-Israel Democrats are introducing the “Ceasefire Now Resolution” calling for the Biden administration to immediately “facilitate de-escalation and a ceasefire” in “Israel and occupied Palestine.”

Israel has promised to eliminate Hamas in response to a surprise attack earlier this month that left more than 1,400 Israelis dead, and has already pounded the Gaza Strip with missiles while telling residents of northern Gaza to flee for safety.
Bush introduced the Ceasefire Now Resolution on Monday, urging Biden push for and facilitate a cease-fire and de-escalation of the conflict and “promptly send and facilitate the entry of humanitarian assistance into Gaza.”
Joining Bush as co-sponsors are Democratic Reps. Rashida Tlaib (Mich.), Jamaal Bowman (N.Y.), Bonnie Watson Coleman (N.J.), Jesús “Chuy” García (Ill.), Jonathan Jackson (Ill.), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (Minn.), Ayanna Pressley (Mass.) and Nydia Velázquez (N.Y.).

Hamas has taken approximately 200 people hostage, mostly Israeli women and children, but some foreigners were swept up in their wave of terror ten days ago.

Israel has called for the immediate release of all hostages, and Hamas did not comply. The hostages are currently in Gaza and presumably being used as human shields, which fits with Hamas’s M.O.

It’s just so on the nose that the anti-Israel resolution introduced by these radicals purportedly aimed at saving lives not only neglects to call for the release of the hostages, but it also mentions the deaths of Palestinians before the Israelis killed in a terror attack on October 7.

Rep. Cori Bush who made a name for herself as a BLM activist insisting that “All Lives Matter” now is just kind of funny.

So is the claim from the ghoulish pro-aborts who are now saying  that “all human life is precious.” Really? Let’s talk about your unwavering support for funding Planned Parenthood, then.

It’s telling that Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) is a co-sponsor. She has supported the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanction) movement against Israel, has called Israel an “apartheid state”, and refused to condemn the reports that Hamas beheaded babies during the terror attack when asked by Fox News correspondent Hillary Vaughn.

Fellow Squad member Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who probably gives the name “Hamas” the same reverence she as the names “Al Qaeda” and “Hezbollah”, stood by her pals in the demand to stop Israel from holding the terrorists accountable. A a bonus, she was spouting Hamas talking points about the number of children killed in Gaza.

Of course, this isn’t the first time that Congresswoman Omar has repeated Hamas disinformation in recent days.

If these “Squad” members really cared about the innocents in Gaza, then they’d be demanding that the hostages be released and that every single Hamas terrorist turn himself over to Israeli authorities.

The horrors that were inflicted on Israelis by Hamas terrorists was inhumane and the aftermath was traumatizing to witness.

These jihadists use kidnapping, rape, torture, beheading, and burning alive civilians as weapons in their arsenal against the people whom they hate because of a centuries-long desire to eliminate all Jewish people from the face of the Earth.

They also deliberately use their own people as human shields, which is a war crime. They hide their military targets behind civilians and parade their dead as propaganda because they have no regard for life — unlike the Jews who love life. They say that openly.

These are the charming individuals that the “useful idiots” in The Squad are tacitly(?) supporting.

Don’t tell me that you’re concerned about “innocent lives” if you don’t want Hamas terrorists eliminated for their war crimes of slaughtering families, torturing and burning alive the elderly, tearing a baby from its mother’s womb, and then hiding behind innocents when Israel retaliates in the war that they (Hamas) started.

Allowing Hamas to continue to exist will only mean more dead innocents on both sides.
