It’s Not Looking Good For Hunter’s Attempt To Toss His Criminal Trial
Even WaPo was forced to admit the one damning phrase the judge used

If there was a positive way to spin this story, you can be sure the Washington Post would have done so. But even their reporting seems resigned to the truth of the situation: Biden’s case is going to trial.
He can complain that he’s being unfairly prosecuted, but if you look at the facts, the DOJ has been doing everything in their power to NOT prosecute him.
Had one judge not raised uncomfortable questions about the details of the astonishing plea deal his daddy’s DOJ had worked out with him, he would have skated Scott-free with little more than a slap on the wrist.
When that deal fell apart — with House Oversight asking probing questions about the role and involvement (obstruction?) certain White House staffers had been playing in the case — DOJ had little choice but to move forward with the charges referenced in the now-scuttled plea deal.
With the various indictments of Joe’s rival Donald J. Trump now being collectively known as the Biden Prosecutions, it’s a little rich for his kid to play the ‘political prosecution’ card… especially with the dirty hands from Crossfire Hurricane and the Intelligence Community denunciation of Hunter’s ‘Russian’ Laptop still fresh in everyone’s memory.
But his lawyers threw a variety of appeals before the judge, looking for something to stick.
The judge won’t make his announcement until mid-April about a case projected to go forward over the summer, but the likelihood of it going forward seems slim.
Biden’s legal team has, in turn, said that its client has already repaid the government the unpaid taxes with interest and that the political firestorm around his legal troubles has pressured the Justice Department to bring more serious charges against the president’s son than warranted.
Prosecutors have repeatedly denied these misconduct claims.
Scarsi did not reveal how he would rule on each of the nine motions that Biden filed but pushed back the hardest on the motion claiming that the indictment is the result of “selective and vindictive” prosecution. He said he would rule on all the motions by April 17.
“One of the big hurdles that this motion has it that it’s not filed with any evidence,” Scarsi said. — WaPo
If only the leftist press could be as honest about the lack of evidence presented against Donald Trump in a variety of cases.
Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.
Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.
This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
