Gangster Politics In The Streets Of New York
Accompanied by Joe Biden’s communications director, actor Robert De Niro reprised his role as rabble rouser for the Biden/Harris campaign.
It was a shameless display of irrational emotionalism outside the courtroom on Tuesday in New York where a former president is being lynched.
Accompanied by Joe Biden’s communications director, actor Robert De Niro reprised his role as rabble rouser for the Biden/Harris campaign.
“I love this city. I don’t want to destroy it,” De Niro said. “Donald Trump wants to destroy not only the city but the country, and, eventually, he could destroy the world.”
Other examples of hyperbole run amok: De Niro said Trump is a liar, a violent megalomaniac, a tyrant, a usurper of individual rights, a crook, a clown, a sex offender, and a threat to democracy. (Not one remark scripted by De Niro addressed policy, issues, or debates.) De Niro also invoked Jan. 6 casting all the blame on Trump, ignoring the contributions of operatives inside and outside government. Why not cut to the quick and call Trump the worst person in all human history, or would that be an overstatement?
Ironically, each label De Niro gave Trump can be transferred to De Niro and to all of us. De Niro referred to sin during his diatribe. All are sinners. All have fallen short. All stand condemned without the Savior. Even our thoughts are judged. Perhaps we’d be wise to remember that before throwing more gasoline on the fire.
“And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.” — James 3:6
Speaking of fire, for the longest time, Biden & Co. have insisted the legal actions against Trump have nothing to do with politics. We should therefore thank Mr. De Niro for making it clear that the four Trump indictments are nothing more than political theatre starring some of the biggest snow jobs in Hollywood, all of it amounting to election interference.
We should also thank De Niro for making it very clear these legal actions against Trump were launched by the White House, via the DOJ and various Soros-funded attorneys general.
And finally, isn’t it obvious that De Niro’s presentation Tuesday serves as proof that tampering with the jury in broad daylight is just a New York pastime?
And Trump is the gangster?
