Two ‘Squad’ Members Shamed Into Nuking Their Dopey Memorial Day Tweets

We often accuse the hard left of hating America and everything it stands for… but can we prove it? Sure. And we’ll make the case using their own words.

This time it was Cory Bush and Ilhan Omar putting their ignorance and contempt for the country on full display.

You’d think, after serving a couple of years in Congress, at least SOME of this would start to stick in their heads. But no. Their heads are stuffed too full of ideology.

True to form, Bush and Omar used soldiers as a prop to push their hard-left political talking points. But see if you can catch the mistake they both made in trotting out soldiers as a prop:

The interesting thing about these tweets side by side is that we can see how they are both functioning as parts of the leftwing hive-mind, running with a script that some other clown put in their hands.

They chose this weekend to highlight mental health, employment, housing and even education.

Do you suppose the men and women being honored in May will appreciate all the squad is trying to do for them?

Of course not.

Housing, for instance, is taken care of. Many of them can be found in Arlington Cemetery. It’s MEMORIAL Day for goodness sake, not Veteran’s day. We remember the ones whose families received a folded flag in their arms instead of the young man or woman who was sent off to some distant corner of the planet.

Do the war dead concern themselves with health care or employment?

We often use some version of the phrase ‘standing on the bodies of victims’ to push an agenda, but these two are standing on the bodies of veterans.

It’s gross. Even they could see it once someone brought out the crayons and explained it to them in simple terms they could understand.

They scrubbed the tweets and put out new ones in their place. But the damage was already done.

But then, what do we really expect from the clown who once said ‘some people did something’ about 9/11 and also had a girlish giggle in her voice when saying ‘Hezbollah’ (whose campaign of raining rockets on Israel has displaced Jewish civilians since the October terror attack) in the same sentence that she spoke disparagingly of America’s own armed forces. Hardly surprising from a woman that described herself earlier this year as someone whose interests are guided by what’s best for Somalia, rather than what’s best for US policy concerns.
