The best part about this parody ad is the subversive way it’s being shared to go viral… as if he’s ‘owning’ the right.

Of COURSE it’s gonna be catnip for the left. And when they watch it, they’ll hear their beloved Gavin Mousse-ilini talking about his record… with video to go with it.

Did we mention it was the Babylon Bee?

The kind of video the rabid left seldom get to see while hiding out in their information silos.

Better still… they tie his policies to the ones Comrade Kamala is looking to institute.

The right is DARING Gavin to throw someone in jail over it… because it will blow up in his face and become the biggest First Amendment case in the country.

Just in time to remind everyone which party is the one that has REALLY been eroding the rights of the citizen as enshrined in the founding documents… or as one of Kamala’s surrogates at the Dem’s convention in Chicago put it, ‘that little piece of paper‘.

A little over a year ago, I participated in a public event in London with Russell Brand and Matt Taibbi. While there, I expressed my bewilderment at the censorship we had uncovered. It wasn’t the first time. When Matt and I testified before Congress in February, I also described being disoriented.

After all, growing up progressive in the 1980s and 1990s, free speech was a foundational value, both for radical Leftists like myself at the time and for more moderate liberals. To watch liberal and Leftist Democrats demand censorship right in front of me was jarring, to say the least. I wondered aloud, “What is going on?” And I kept wondering until I found some answers.

I believe that my colleagues and I are now much closer to having a unified field theory of contemporary totalitarianism. We have published hundreds of articles so far on the censorship and other totalitarian tactics, including the weaponization of the FBI and CIA and the lawfare aimed at incarcerating Donald Trump, that we’ve been documenting. If I had to sum it up, I would say that there are at least four core drivers, all of which I described in a conversation I had yesterday with Russell.

And here is the 5-minute video where he connects the historical through-line between studies in the rise of totalitarianism, complete with a prediction that the next one would spring out of liberal democracies, to Orwell’s writings (especially 1984), to the practices of people like Newsom, Biden, Harris, and Hillary today wanting to silence (or even jail) anyone heretical enough to challenge the authority of their beloved state orthodoxy.
