AMNESTY: Texas & American First Legal Score BIG Win Against Open Border Policy
Hey BIDEN! The courts just shot down your 'work-around' to bypass the law
Team Biden thought it was a clever work-around to open up the border without looking like they were opening the border. Texas took the cheat to court.
The Biden Admin called it ‘parole in place’. They took a power granted to the Executive branch, specifically intended for individual cases where someone needed to be in the country and didn’t meet ordinary Visa requirements — surgery at the Mayo clinic, for example. They stretched that power beyond all recognition and gave what amounts to blanket amnesty to all participants.
Ken Paxton of Texas led a coalition of 14 other states — together with American First Legal — claiming this was a gross violation of Executive Powers.
As always, it takes time for accountability to catch up with lawlessness, but the plaintiffs had their day in court. And they won!
🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨
We just WON our lawsuit with @KenPaxtonTX, @Raul_Labrador, and a coalition of 14 states. We have officially STOPPED the Biden-Harris Administration’s illegal attempt to grant mass amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens. pic.twitter.com/gyfLfPouw7

Here’s a better look at that letter:
Remember that line we kept hearing from the Democrat candidates about ‘obeying the law’? Yeah, this is awkward:
Joe Biden’s people were, once again, found by the courts to be in violation of the law, exercising powers they do not possess in violation of immigration law.
With the parole-in-place scam dead, so is their plan to fast-track amnesty.
Keep your eye out for other examples of Biden trying to ‘Trump-proof’ their policies before Trump comes in with a wrecking-ball, using whatever means he can dream up to make as permanent as possible any crazy lefty policy that Trump is likely to throw into the trashbin of history.
Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.
Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.
This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
