Back in March a man named Michael Hart was arrested for “smuggling potent greenhouse gases” in violation of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act, under which the EPA is required to reduce hydrofluorocarbons by 85% by 2036.
Hydrofluorocarbons are used in both refrigeration and air conditioning.
Hart’s arrest was the first time anyone has been charged under the AIM Act, and the EPA stated that his arrest won’t be the last.
So how many people are going to be prosecuted for such a violation? Apparently 121 people have been charged for similar offenses.
With the Donald set to take office next month, it is highly likely that such measures will be reversed. In the meantime, Old Joe Biden will try to rigorously carry out the Green agenda.
Meanwhile, I have come up with an ultimatum to the EPA, which consists of the following terms:
- The EPA (along with any other department or agency within the United States Government) needs to end the war on appliances (refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, gas stoves, etc.), as well as any other extreme environmental measures.
- The EPA is not a law enforcement agency, and thus should not be able to arrest anyone. The same can be said for various other government agencies.
- The EPA must end the ban on DDT, because contrary to popular belief, this pesticide is not harmful to the environment, including wildlife. In addition, there is no evidence it causes cancer in humans.
- The EPA (along with several other government agencies) should be placed under the Department of the Interior.
- If the EPA is not willing to abide by these terms, then it should be abolished.
In addition, I propose the following measures:
- The AIM Act (in addition to any other Green legislation) needs to be repealed.
- The Department of Energy should be abolished.
- The federal government needs to stop giving out money to fund any type of Green projects.
- Environmental groups (e.g. the Sierra Club) need to be investigated for their radical agenda, and any agreements they forced upon the fossil fuel industry (e.g. shutting down coal plants) must be rescinded.
- The Keystone XL Pipeline must have it permit re-issued.
- The war on fossil fuels must come to an end, as must the war on nuclear energy.
- People should be educated on sources of energy, i.e. there being such a thing as clean coal, nuclear energy being the safest and cleanest of energy sources.
- People should also be educated on the real cause of global warming/climate change- solar activity.
Such measures should be carried out once the Donald takes office.
