Hunter Biden Prosecutor FLAYS Joe Biden In Final Report
The excuse Joe gave in justifying the pardon was a complete lie
Joe Biden, whose DOJ shielded both Hunter and his dad from the most damning aspects of the criminal investigation, claimed that Hunter was unfairly targeted. David Weiss blows that completely out of the water.
Just yesterday, the DOJ released to the a public a report summarizing the Special investigation into Hunter Biden. [View all 278 pages here.] Unlike the guy Biden picked for the documents case, there were never questions about his legitimacy as a federal appointee to perform such an investigation, or whether he was personally compromised in his motives or whether he had used illegal methods of witnesses tampering.
The table of contents gives some clue into what Weiss thought about Joe Biden’s pardon and the allegations of selective prosecution (it was ‘because’ Hunter is a Biden). It was NOT because Hunter is a Biden. He gives the blow-by-blow rationale of the charges he made.
The preamble explains that he is barred from making any further charging recommendations on account of the pardon, but that leaves unsaid whether or not other criminal charges might have otherwise been recommended — including some that would have entailed Joe Biden’s own connections to foreign business dealings.
Starting on document page 24 (PDF page 31) Weiss addresses the vindictive prosecution allegation.
The boxes in red highlight arguments objectively confirming Hunter’s guilt, and the blue box indicates Joe’s unjust savaging of the judicial process and the public servants fulfilling that role.
The green boxes swerve into the category of his own favorite mantra of ‘threat to democracy’.
There’s plenty more like this in the report, damning to Hunter, and exposing his dad as the political fraud some of us have always understood him to be.
Is it any wonder that they made a point of releasing this one just before the report the other (compromised) Special Prosecutor will be releasing about his investigation into President Trump.
