Of all the things he could *possibly* say while flippen' TOOBIN was on the air with him...
Anderson Cooper isn’t used to this kind of pushback… especially from squishy Trump-critical Republicans like Chris Sununu.
Cooper was doing his usual schtick of defending the Democrat status quo and throwing shade at Republican policies of the day when the questioner became the questioned.
Caught in the vise of his own hypocrisy on live TV, Anderson Cooper had nothing to say in his own defense, so he lashed out at Chris for the uncomfortable questions he asked that exposed how insincere CNN’s criticisms of the DOGE cuts really are.

Anderson even used a badword on TV. Ironically enough, that same badword is exactly what Toobin unintentionally showed to his co-workers during a Zoom meeting the attendees would all desperately want to forget.
How fitting that Toobin was on live TV while Anderson said it.
