Letitia James Gets Hilarious Taste Of Her Own Medicine… Here’s The Full Story
The glass houses principle is in full effect

Letitia was licking her chops in anticipation of forcing Trump to liquidate his property in a mortgage fraud case with no victim… now it’s her turn to have her paperwork scrutinized.
Unlike the charges against Trump that were novel, untested and had no precedent on which to base them, the criminal referral that has been sent out against Letitia James has no shortage of criminal prosecutions as precedent.
It was probably triggered by an article in a White Collar Fraud website from two weeks ago, by one Sam Antar.
He went through the details of the case against Letitia James, concluding with several questions:
Why did James explicitly declare her intent to make Virginia her principal residence while serving as New York’s Attorney General?
Did she fulfill the 60-day occupancy requirement in her mortgage while simultaneously appearing in New York courts?
Can she document continued New York residency during this period sufficient to maintain her legal authority as Attorney General?
Will this affect her eligibility to run for re-election, which requires uninterrupted New York residency?
The evidence is unequivocal. The signature is there. The declaration is clear. The legal requirements are unambiguous. The people of New York, who depend on their Attorney General to uphold the highest standards of transparency and compliance, deserve an explanation. Is New York’s top watchdog playing by the same rules she enforces?

Be sure to open up the ‘below the fold’ part of his tweet, it gives a damning blow-by-blow of rules broken and evidence needed, basically gift-wrapping the case for anyone responsible for criminal enforcement.)
That is just one of the 3 legal issues being raised against Letitia James.
- One involves claiming Virginia residency while serving as AG in New York. (Both residencies cannot be true.)
- Another involves claiming a 5-family residence was only a 4-family residence, when loan provisions she sought were not applicable for residences with 5 or more units.
- The last involved claiming on a form that her father is actually her husband.
🚨BREAKING: A criminal referral has been sent to the DOJ on Letitia James, claiming that she falsified records in order to meet lending requirements and receive favorable loan terms… SOUND FAMILIAR?
This is KARMA.
She needs to be PROSECUTED and brought to justice! pic.twitter.com/G0R4FuuN0s

There’s a criminal referral for three separate instances of mortgage fraud relating to Letitia James.
Of all the things to get her hand caught in the till for… the very thing she tried to use to take down Trump. The irony is delicious.
Remember Letitia James telling anyone who would listen that ‘no one is above the law’? Guess what?
Bill Pulte, Director of Federal Housing Financing Agency, wholeheartedly agrees.
That means cleaning house internally…
And catching criminals gaming the system, too.
You don’t have to look far to see that @pulte takes that aspect of his role very seriously.
So, when someone like Letitia James who obviously bent the laws beyond all recognition for the opportunity to be remembered as the one who took down a ‘big fish’ like Donald Trump gets caught red-handed in what looks like ACTUAL fraudulent acts taken in the service of acquiring a mortgage loan, do we doubt for a second he’ll pass that along to authorities for prosecution?
Of course not.
The internet is calling this ‘karma’.
We don’t believe in Karma. But poetic justice? That’s a whole other story.
