Trump Now Directing DOJ To Investigate ActBlue For Finance Law Violations & Foreign Donors

Dems are already squealing like a stuck pig about how this is ‘political retribution’… surely they can provide innocent explanations from some of the ‘irregularities’ that have already been exposed?

For years, Dems have bragged about their edge in fundraising, especially how they have been able to generate money from ‘small donor donations’. Small donor donations are the kind pundits love to cite as proof of widespread grassroots support.

But what if the donations they love to crow about aren’t the kind that are actually permissible under American law? After all, AOC was caught using the opacity of a PAC as a work-around to disguise campaign finance violations. Her Chief of Staff had about $1M of campaign money flow through his own companies. And Big Labor was exploiting a loophole that let them quietly funnel almost $2B of obligatory union dues to Democrat coffers.

Even the loudest voices against ‘dark money’ have no objection to benefiting from it.
And remember when Sam Bankman-Fried stole so much money from his clients that he became the second-biggest donor to the DNC? Did Democrats return all that stolen money to help make his victims whole again?

Of course not.

So, when we hear stories about retirees on fixed incomes making 5-figure donations to the Democrats that they have no knowledge about, or claims that dead people are making ActBlue donations — or that Democrats have just recently tightened their protocols to make sure that donations are coming from American sources?

It makes people ask questions about whether the party infamous for emptying graveyards in their GOTV efforts on election day might be playing fast and loose with the donor rules.

Elon has shone a light on this issue by retweeting someone’s personal story about ActBlue making donations in their name:

And Trump has signed a memo directing the DOJ to investigate the company’s practices. Specifically, the kind that violate election law.

So long as Act Blue is in compliance with election law, Chris Pappas has nothing to worry about.

Which probably explains the real reason why Chris is upset.

Like the meme about DOGE cuts says — whoever objects to the fraud being cut is going to be the one ‘doing the fraud’.

While we’re on the topic, if DEMS love lawfare so much, wouldn’t it be poetic justice for someone to hit the DNC with a class-action lawsuit for a return of the money stolen from SBF victims?
