US Pastor Abroad Gets Kidnapped At Gunpoint While Leading A Church Service
The masked attackers knew him by name

His wife and kids looked on helplessly as he was abducted by 4 masked men in the middle of the service.
Josh Sullivan is a Tennessee pastor with the call of God on his life. He packed up his family and went to launch a little church in South Africa. With 30 people present during a service, armed men who knew him by name burst into the service and took him by gunpoint as his congregation and his family looked on.
The vehicle has since been located, but Sullivan is still missing.
While the pastor was preaching to a congregation of roughly 30 people, which included his wife and six children, the men stole two phones and fled the church in the 45-year-old pastor’s silver Toyota Fortuner. Police later found the vehicle abandoned, but there was no trace of Sullivan, a 45-year-old Tennessee native.
A spokesperson for the US State Department told the BBC they are aware of the kidnapping of a US citizen in South Africa, emphasizing that “there is no higher priority than the safety and security of American citizens overseas.”

It’s stories like this one that stand out as a stark reminder to when smug secular voices on the left make sweeping denunciations of Christianity that Christians are far more likely than any other religion to be physically endangered on account of their faith.
