AUTOPEN: How Much Of Joe’s Legacy Is Actually Valid?

If Biden wasn’t lucid during his presidency, how much of it was actually legal?

Rep Andy Ogles is one of the Republicans grappling with the REAL consequences of Biden’s cognitive collapse while sitting in the Oval Office.

If the man was so far gone that he couldn’t reasonably have entered into a contract for a new phone, how much of his Presidential legacy actually carries the force of law?

It’s all well and good for Tapper and everyone to say their Mea Culpas, how did we miss the glaringly obvious facts that stared us straight in the face… but even that isn’t addressing the question that really matters.

If Biden wasn’t lucid during his presidency, how much of it was actually legal?

The bills he signed, the executive orders, the international deals—if he didn’t knowingly give the go-ahead because he was mentally checked out, then those actions lack legitimacy.

Anything he wasn’t lucid for must be declared null and void.

Trump has been calling out the use of that autopen… and Rep Comer has got a short list of people who could have been responsible.

They’re being called to answer before Congress.
The easy way, if they’ll cooperate, or the hard way if they won’t.

When the GOP asked these same questions in the Biden years, they were stiff-armed.
But now that even journos are admitting the truth about Biden’s decline…?
The jig is up.
