Democrats on the Far Left (all of them) bemoan the fact President Trump is back in power. After 10 years of suffering continuous attacks via every channel available, he is more accomplished and popular than ever!
Oh! The weeping and gnashing of teeth! Threatened are the Administrative and Deep states! Corruption is on notice!
They were so sure they’d destroy him, so convinced they’d return to power. The so-called Party of Change failed to see change all around. That blindness shows they are intellectually arthritic. They can hardly move in response to global changes.
One aspect of the Democrat universe of failure is their complete ignorance concerning MAGA. ‘Deplorables’ have risen to power with astonishing speed and success.
Leftists just don’t get it. And they aren’t interested in learning. Instead they resort to the old playbook: tax and spend, demonize anyone standing in opposition, promote all special interest groups, destroy the republic to make way for globalism, perfect identity politics, take billions in donations and rig elections, foment riots, promote violence, sneer and attack anything tradition (and workable).
On the other hand, Deplorables get it, and we’re fed up. More than fed up, we are seething. This newfound energy and power are centered on our Chief Communicator. He rules the day, and it drives them crazy. We waited decades for a champion, and today he is fully operational.
You might ask, why all the fury? Why the hysteria and the hate? Short answer: the more we win, the more the Left is revealed as impotent, befuddled, confused, aimless, inarticulate, irrelevant, lost, and alone.
Why our anger? We are outraged the Left has caused so much destruction. We are offended the Left pretends to have the power to dictate to us. We reject the idea the Left has a right to tell us which God-given rights we may exercise. We are livid with people who demand we accept 12-15 million illegal migrants. We reject DEI and any policy that forces us to act in ways that violate conscience. We object to being lectured about pronouns, boys in girls’ sports, so-called white supremacy, the definition of ‘marriage,’ medical tyranny, economics and the green new deal. And we sure as hell don’t need government regulating us out of business and bankrupting the country.
As President Reagan said throughout: “ . . . government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.”
And right there is the ultimate rub. The Left thinks total reliance on government and human “wisdom” is the ticket, despite the reality that all such thinking leads to disaster.
Patriots promoting limited government in a constitutional republic, nourished by God, have found the keys to liberty and prosperity. Trump and conservatives know what success requires.
The Left has no clue.
