Homan Confirms That AOC Is Indeed, Under Investigation
It's almost poetic justice after the way she browbeat Homan in Congress
In Trump’s first term in office, AOC used her role in the hearings to browbeat and smear Homan’s character. All she had to do was obey the law.
How many times have we heard it said ‘nobody is above the law’. Did Democrats think that only meant the laws they liked? They’re just now rolling up to the ‘prizes’ portion of the life lesson, ‘play stupid games, win stupid prizes’.
And these particular prizes include the possibility of criminal enforcement. Maybe they shouldn’t have been *quite* so openly gleeful about the incarceration of J6-ers who never even entered the building, or Republicans who were imprisoned because they invoked Executive Immunity for some of the questions about Trump they were being asked to speak about before Congress.
Not only did Sandy Cortez (allegedly) employ someone who may or may not have been an illegal alien, she (allegedly) advised that illegal alien on best practices to evade capture by ICE. However principled she might tell herself she was being in that situation, if you violate a federal statute, you have committed a crime.

And Homan makes another great point. AOC is offering garbage advice that could get her ‘friends’ incarcerated. Because anyone who acts on the advice she gives can be adding to their criminal liability.
