The Raid On Iran

After the raid on Iran’s nuclear facilities, the MSM immediately launched a campaign to discredit the President and the Administration. Overnight, most broadcasters and publications “reported” the raid was based on questionable intelligence, its execution was suspicious, and its outcome far less effective than characterized by the White House.

Once again, the MSM shows it has lost all sense of fairness, balance, and accuracy. Polling matches reality: the MSM is even more disreputable than we thought. Credibility and integrity–the lifeblood of real journalism–are rarely sighted these days. Clearly, news organizations act to satisfy vested interests instead of The People, those who do all the work to preserve the Republic.

Reasonable people consider the following facts in the effort to gain understanding.

Since 1979, Iranian clerics have consistently demanded the total destruction of the U.S. and Israel. After invading our embassy in Tehran in 1979, these fanatics took hostage 52 Americans in that embassy, sovereign American soil.  Those hostages were held for 444 days. It was an act of war.  We opted to appease the Iranians, many times, for many years.

Starting in 1979, the mullahs and their willing accomplices embarked on an aggressive nuclear weapons program. Concurrently, they worked to export terrorism around the world.

Iran became the biggest state sponsor of terrorism in all of history. Many billions of dollars from terrorist partners flowed into Iran’s treasury along with many billions in oil sales. Add to all that the many billions of dollars just given to Iran by American presidents reaching back decades.

In the process, thanks to appeasement policies, hundreds of thousands of people were wounded and killed, among them thousands of American service members.

Many times during the last 46 years, we have heard massive crowds chant “Death to America, Death to Israel!”  Many times we’ve seen the slaughter of innocents. Many times we’ve been threatened with nuclear annihilation.

The massacre on Oct. 7, 2023, was the worst example. Iranian-sponsored Hamas terrorists launched a surprise attack in southern Israel in the early morning, killing 1,400 young people attending a music festival. Unarmed civilians were slaughtered, butchered, and mutilated. Babies were microwaved in front of their parents.  Taken hostage, 251. Most were killed, some were released; it is hoped a handful survive.  It was the worst holocaust against the Jews since the Nazi regime in Germany.

Actual film of the carnage is unbearable.

So when Israeli and American intelligence told President Trump that Iran was very, very close to actually building a number of nuclear weapons, the hour of decision had arrived. For decades, Iran promised to vaporize the West, ignoring the fact such a move would amount to global suicide. It was clear that nothing would dissuade them from destroying the world.

All things considered, the prudent course demanded destruction of Iran’s nuclear capabilities.

The strike was perfectly executed, according to the Constitution.

The resulting destruction was justified and verified by the entire Cabinet pending long-term analysis.

The aftermath: ceasefire, peace talks, and a refocus on de-escalation, stability in the region.

It was and is miraculous.

Did the MSM report the facts? Did the MSM inform voters, acknowledge success, celebrate the outcome, give credit where due, provide context, and reveal sources? Or is it more reasonable to conclude the MSM is firmly entrenched on behalf of the Administrative and Deep State?

Finally, someone leaked information about this military action. Leaks can only have impact if the MSM machine is fired up to create a frenzy, all to the great detriment of our country. Leaks are often treasonous and always damaging to our national interest.
