Yet another Federal judge is snubbing SCOTUS with an injunction
Democrats know they have no political power in either Congress or the White House. But they are far more results-driven than the GOP and are willing to play dirty to achieve their results.
Not even a ‘bench-slap’ from SCOTUS has been enough to slow down the left’s impulses to recruit activist judges to do the heavy lifting for them.
It’s bad enough for a judge — whose function is explicitly limited to the interpretation of the law, NOT to the making of it — was slapping down Trump in the lawful use of his Executive powers. At least there, it might be argued before a court that he had (conceivably) exceeded one or more of those lawful powers.
But here, a federal judge in Michigan is slapping down provisions in the One Big Beautiful Bill. That was created in Congress, passed votes in both chambers, after which it was sent to the President for his signature.
For those of us who remember our School House Rock, that means it is now the law of the land.
Unless, of course, an Obama judge doesn’t like the fact that Planned Parenthood no longer gets federal funding. Then all of that goes out the window.
Democrats are out of their minds that Planned Parenthood could see funding cuts. They are telling us that some 200 locations will close.
Is abortion per se REALLY why Democrats are so passionate about this issue? Or could there be a far more cynical reason for their rabid support for abortion?

They funnel one HUNDRED percent of their support of the Democrats, and we’re expecting a GOP regime to see them as anything OTHER than a hostile political force whose main goal is perpetual Democrat power? Of COURSE they would be on the chopping block!
Are Dems mad about the issue itself? Or could it be that they’re upset that yet another sketchy leftwing money-laundering scheme to kick taxpayer funds back to the Democrat machine is drying up?
Just last year they were top 200 of 40,000 in political contributions, top 700 of 6,000 lobby groups, and #49 of 660 in ‘outside spending’.
If Planned Parenthood is so flush with cash they can slosh it around any which way for their political goals, they really don’t need to come to the taxpayer with cap in hand.
