Here’s the video of the accident from the perspective of the truck cab, where the driver has just taken a left turn from the right lane turning his trailer into a guillotine that the occupants of a van in the left lane had zero chance of avoiding:

The three occupants of the doomed van have been pronounced dead.
Official White House ‘rapid response’ account replied with a tweet saying this:
This individual is an illegal immigrant who was granted a commercial driver’s license by the State of California — and now, three innocent people are dead.
He has been arrested for vehicular homicide and an ICE detainer has been issued.
