Celebrating Death In A Culture Gone Mad
Not so long ago, such a response toward murder in cold blood would have been unthinkable
Not long ago in Europe you could be accused of unholy beliefs and burned at the stake. And if you were Jewish, well, officials didn’t bother with due process.
Today in America, people who oppose the death penalty are celebrating the murder of a prominent Christian conservative. Apparently the new orthodoxy from the old left calls for murder for the crime of having a legitimate opinion.
In America today, vicious slander and false accusations are preferred to logical fact-based interaction. The former are the tactics of the Enemy while the later are the province of loving citizens.
We see in the murder of Charlie Kirk a country gone mad: good is bad, black is white, right is wrong and morality is immoral. It’s actually getting much worse. If we believe reports, Charlie’s killer was recently radicalized and taught to hate and act. Speed to mayhem has been enhanced. Record another soul for hell.
“Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that eternal life does not reside in a murderer.” 1 John 3:15
There is no question the godless left seeks confrontation at every turn. The godless left will tell any lie, break any bone, or take any life so long as the quest is pursued: chaos leading to global tyranny. Champions of truth, people like Charlie Kirk, are favored targets because they are highly effective exposing the snare of Satan.
The King of the Universe renders reliable judgments:
33 “Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. 34 You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. 35 A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. 36 But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. 37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.” Book of Matthew, Chapter 12
Charlie is a good man.
