TERROR THREAT: Both Parties MILES Apart In Congressional Hearings

Admin raises concerns about Antifa and 18,000 Terrorists, Dems clutch pearls over white supremacy

We’re once again looking at a principle Scott Adams dubbed ‘two movies one screen’ where current security threats are seen entirely differently by opposing parties.

Republicans and Democrats could hardly be any further apart than they already are on this issue.

What did we learn from the hearings? For one thing, we learned that Democrats are still locked in the 2020 election mindset, chasing phantom klansmen while ignoring acts of violence perpetrated by both the revolutionary left and the crowd with a nasty habit of shouting a specific religious slogan just before an act of murder.

Dems were parroting partisan talking points from activist organizations like the SPLC claiming ‘white supremacists’ and Catholics attending Latin Mass are a serious domestic concern. (Remember when the FBI gave guidance that the Betsy Ross flag and some other traditional America symbols were identified with ‘domestic terror’?

That just happened to be around the same time that the feds got caught trying to incite actions against the government by groups they had infiltrated.

They ‘pooh-pooh’ any concerns about Antifa (despite the arrests of Antifa folks involved in shooting live rounds at ICE agents), and the highest-ranking elected Dem in the hearing referred to the attack in DC that murdered Army Spc. Sarah Beckstrom in which the attacker reportedly shouted ‘Alahu Akbar’ as an ‘unfortunate accident’.

Meanwhile… with those who think national security is not some kind of a partisan joke, those who understand that constituents don’t live and work in hardened secure buildings with little real threat of being targeted by a ‘lone wolf’ attacker, or being swarmed by left-wing activists.

Here’s a 3-minute video of the testimony Dems are trying their best to ignore. And it’s coming from no less than NCTC Director Joe Kent:

‘…We have a persistent threat from the individuals who were allowed into this country by the previous administration in the last four years. The #1 threat we have right now in my view, is the fact that we don’t know who came into our country in the last four years of Biden’s open borders.

What we have identified is alarming. […] We recently put out a warning, warning of the heightened risk of terrorist attacks posed to the homeland by terrorists of pretty much all stripes, but in particular from ISIS and from Al Qaeda.

NCTC has been crunching the numbers and going through the sheer volume of known and suspected terrorists that are in the country that came in under the Biden Administration. So far, NCTC has identified around 18,000 known and suspected terrorists that the Biden Administration let come into our country. These are individuals who, under normal circumstances would never be allowed to enter our country because of their ties to Jihadi groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda. Yet the Biden Administration not only let them into the country, but in many cases facilitated their entry into the country, just like the entry of the Afghan terrorists who committed the terrorist attack here just before Thanksgiving […]

He went on to say that at least 2,000 of the Afghans flown in from Biden’s withdrawal from the disastrous Fall of Kabul was only part of the 18,000 known threats being tracked down. And that doesn’t even account for the as-yet unknown numbers of threats that streamed in over Biden’s open borders.
