Our own Albin Sadar is back, welcoming the new look new year with a nod to Hizzonner Mamdani of the Big Apple who is hellbent on giving the city that never sleeps a ‘fundamental transformation’ of his own.
Sadar whipped up this cartoon to commemorate the New Look New York.
