UKRAINE: Declassified Docs Expose Scam To Divert Millions In ‘Foreign Aid’ Into Dem Election Coffers

The intrepid reporter who led the charge in exposing Hunter Biden’s corrupt connections to Burisma LONG before daddy became the Dem nominee for 2020 is scooping the old guard news orgs on ANOTHER Ukraine scandal — this one messing with US elections!

Before The Hill went full Never-Trump, and they were still publishing pieces by John Solomon, they ran a series of stories about corruption in the Ukraine that were WAY ahead of the curve on Burisma, Ukraine corruption, and the politically-motivated firing of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. He was one of the first to start pulling threads on all kinds of related stories including the Black Dossier and tied this in to players with Crossfire Hurricane’s Steele Dossier.

A decade later and he’s still exposing the ugliness that is Ukrainian corruption, even as the country itself is locked in a life-and-death existential struggle against Putin’s Russia.

This time, instead of a dirty Veep trading his position of trust for financial gain, the same guy has reversed the flow and involved his entire party in trading financial trust for direct political gain in an attempt to illegally fill their political war chest with the hard-earned money of honest citizens. If there was any doubt that they ‘done it deliberate’, you need look no further than the attempts to make their efforts untraceable.

This time around, John Solomon is using his own site to report on stories that his old colleagues wouldn’t touch with a 10′ pole.

“U.S. intercepted Ukraine government messages discussing plot to route money to Biden re-election”

It’s only natural that the government snoop on what other people around the world are doing. That’s the intel side or the perpetual readiness is supposed to protect us from being caught flat-footed in the next Pearl-Harbor type threat that could be lurking over the horizon. In this case, our interest in a global hotspot where our national interest is very much in play considering the untold billions we’ve been dumping in support of Ukraine’s alleged efforts to defend itself (alleged, because there’s always been questions about how those dollars and resources are REALLY being used), intelligence services caught wind of a scam that involved our own political class arranging enormous financial kickbacks in return for taxpayer money that was supposedly being invested into projects in Ukraine, with the scam being that the project would later be cancelled, long after the money had been allocated and transferred into the hands of 3rd parties after which, the use of those dollars could not easily be traced.

Where was the money headed? As the headline says, a massive allotment of it was headed straight back into the DNC war machine. At this point, it’s official a ‘foreign donation’ — which is absolutely forbidden under federal law, and exactly the sort of allegation that was weaponized against Trump, even as his accusers in the FBI already knew the allegations were entirely bogus.

Tulsi Gabbard has found and declassified the documents in which the plot to rob taxpayers of hundreds of millions and divert those funds into Biden’s re-election efforts. What remains to be discovered is whether the plot ever pivoted from the planning to the execution stage.

You will be completely unsurprised to learn that the discovery of such a plot during the Biden years did NOT result in any steps taken to identify or investigate the plot.

USAID involved in routing the money, memo alleges

The declassified report is a summary of raw intercepts from U.S. spy agencies in late 2022 concerning the alleged plot, and officials who have reviewed the files said there seemed to be a lack of curiosity to investigate such an explosive allegation of foreign interference in a U.S. election.

“The Ukrainian Government and unspecified U.S. Government personnel, through USAID in Kyiv, reportedly developed a plan that would provide hundreds of millions of US taxpayer dollars to fund an infrastructure project for Ukraine that would be used as a cover to send approximately 90% of funds allocated to the DNC to fund Joe Biden’s reelection campaign,” the declassified summary of the intercepts stated.

“They were confident the project would be funded initially, even though at some time in the future the project would be disapproved as unnecessary. At this time, the money would already be allocated and impossible to return or use for a different purpose,” the report added.

The intercepts mentioned two American subcontractors as possible recipients of the money that would eventually be moved to Democratic coffers, officials said. The names are included in still classified raw spy data but were redacted from the declassified report obtained by Just the News.

“The plan included details of how subcontractors would be funded through U.S. companies so that how the funds were spent and allocated would be difficult to track,” the declassified summary stated. “Additionally, contracts would be executed that would be difficult to verify. In this manner, most of the U.S. funding would be diverted to Joe Biden’s election campaign without the ability to track where exactly the funds came from.” — JustTheNews
