Maybe she’s hoping that three time’s a charm?
Hillary has failed in her bids for President twice now — once when she lost the Primary to the Junior Senator from Illinois in 2008, and again when she failed to shatter that ‘glass ceiling’ in 2016 against our current MAGA President.
She had initially put the kibosh on the entire idea in 2017 when she came out from hiding in the woods and drinking chardonnay.
But now she’s saying that she might be up for another run.
She’s been waffling on this for some time now.
Maybe it was when she was asked about Ivanka as the first female President that changed her mind.
It could have been when Nikki Haley was introduced by Jim Gaffigan as the ‘next President of the United States’ at the Al Smith dinner recently.
Perhaps it was that she suddenly become somewhat relevant again when she was targetted with dud bombs by a nutcase.
Who knows what it was that changed her mind.
But, she isn’t ruling anything out.
At least, that’s the takeaway from her ambiguous answer when asked if she’d consider running in 2020 at a Q&A in New York with Recode on Friday.
Initially, she said, ‘No, no,‘ but then paused and said, ‘Well, I’d like to be president.‘
She then said that there was much work to be done in 2020 to ‘fix’ America.
‘I think, hopefully, when we have a Democrat in the Oval Office in January of 2021, there’s going to be so much work to be done. I mean we have confused everybody in the world, including ourselves.
‘We have confused our friends and our enemies. They have no idea what the United States stands for, what we’re likely to do, what we think is important, so the work would be work that I feel very well prepared for having been at the Senate for eight years, having been a diplomat in the State department, and it’s just going to be a lot of heavy lifting.’
Clinton said she would think about 2020 after the midterms.
‘I’m not even going to even think about it until we get through this November 6 election about what’s going to happen after that,’ she said.
‘But I’m going to everything in my power to make sure we have a Democrat in the White House come January of 2021.’

There are a lot of Democrats that are actively distancing themselves from the Clintons.
In a #MeToo era, her husband’s history of harassment, abuse, and alleged rape, won’t sit well with voters. Neither will her refusal to ‘believe all women’ by dismissing the claims as ‘bimbo eruptions’ and part of a ‘vast, right-wing conspiracy’ and of course, the claims of bullying the victims.
And there’s this tiny problem that she just can’t seem to solve — she’s just unlikable.
She’s also apparently a sucker for punishment.

Can she even handle it?
She seems prone to injury, needs help up and down stairs, appeared to be sporting a back brace at one point, and she still has that weird cough.
She’s refused to go off quietly into the sunset, questioned the relevance of the Electoral College, opined on conservative justices ‘taking over’ the Supreme Court, and said that there should be no civility until Democrats are in power.
Yep, those are going to be really winning issues with the American people now that the economy is great, unemployment is down, freedom is being restored, and the vast majority of Americans admit that they’re absolutely sick of Political Correctness.
So, good luck there, Hill.
