BOOM: Court Ruling Shatters One Of Biden’s Key Woke Policy Agendas… Nationwide

While the left has spasms of glee over Trump’s sentencing ruling, they forget about a more relevant ruling that crushed one of their biggest woke agenda items.

However they may gloat about Trump’s criminal sentencing, it’s widely agreed that the case is spectacularly flawed and will be struck down. Dems don’t care. They just want any excuse to smear Trump’s reputation, including calling him a criminal.

In another court this week, was news they won’t be crowing about. They took an ‘L’. It was a big one.

Remember how Joe Biden tried to rewrite Title IX so that it elevated the rights of men dressed up as (and claiming to actually be) women so that protections explicitly given to women also applied to them?

The left conspired with social media and big tech in silencing anyone who dared to take the ‘wrong’ side of that position, even if that silence led to the financial ruin of people with the ‘wrong’ opinion. Women like Riley Gaines stood up for what had been until 5 minutes ago the commonsense position.

Biden’s rewrite of Title IX went to court.

Biden’s Title IX changes have been vacated and struck down. They have no force in law.

“When Title IX is viewed in its entirety, it is abundantly clear that discrimination on the basis of sex means discrimination on the basis of being a male or female,” the court’s opinion read. “As this Court and others have explained, expanding the meaning of ‘on the basis of sex’ to include ‘gender identity’ turns Title IX on its head.

“While Title IX sought to level the playing field between men and women, it is rife with exceptions that allow males and females to be separated based on the enduring physical differences between the sexes.”

Kristen Waggoner, president, CEO and general Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom, said in a statement the ruling was a “colossal win for women and girls” in the U.S.

“The Biden administration’s radical attempt to redefine sex not only tossed fairness, safety, and privacy for female students out the window, it also threatened free speech and parental rights,” she added. “With this ruling, the federal court in Kentucky rejected the entire Biden rule and the administration’s illegal actions. We are thankful for the leadership of Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti and other state attorneys general who challenged this blatant overreach alongside our courageous clients. — FoxNews

A Republican Senator added:

The left can gloat about the Trump conviction all they want, but he will have his chance to challenge and overturn that conviction.

The Title IX ruling on the other hand is a permanent loss for the party who was so committed to this ideology that they elevated a SCOTUS nominee because she was a black woman who herself could not give a plain legal meaning of the term ‘woman’ on account of her not being a biologist.
