MEMO TO PRESIDENT-ELECT TRUMP: Hillary NEEDS To Be Held Accountable for Her RACKETEERING Activity

On November 22, 2016, the New York Post reported that a President-Elect Trump spokesperson stated his administration would not pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton. I’m sure that the chattering class will talk about how we don’t criminalize policy differences with those who are no longer in elected office in America. I’ll remind them that the Holder Department of Justice conducted investigations into the President G.W. Bush Administration of several dozen claims by Democrats that President Bush #43 violated various laws and it took nearly four years to close all of those cases without a single charge being filed.
There is a significant difference between criminalizing policy disagreements and actual RACKETEERING ACTIVITY: an activity that is commonly defined as any act or threat involving bribery or extortion, (among other things) which is chargeable under various state and federal laws. Government RICO violations; such as a Secretary of State, selling access to herself as the next potential POTUS to the tune of over $2 Billion of money donated (laundered?) to the Clinton Foundation in the last decade.
Hillary and Bill Clinton’s previous clientele expected a return on their investment, many of those “donors” are well known as unsavory people. If President-Elect Trump is serious about draining the swamp in Washington, DC, I don’t see how he does not appoint a special prosecutor to investigate those activities and expect to get reelected.
America is and always has been a nation of laws and not of men. President Nixon was forced to resign from office after his attempts to weaponize Federal Agencies against his political opponents. Recent Administration’s have done the same thing without any push back by the Congress or the States. Middle America is expecting our laws to be enforced fairly and equally. Only when the Clinton’s and the minions that did their dirty work are investigated, prosecuted if warranted, and punished to the full extent that the law allows will future conspirators be deterred from ever again selling out America to the highest bidder.
My view from 41,000 feet is that we certainly don’t want our country to lose any US Secret Service Agents trying to protect the Clinton’s from those unsavory types that may think the Clinton’s fleeced them. They will be much easier to protect in a secure location, as opposed to allowing them to continue jet setting around the world. Perhaps one of the first things the new President should do upon being sworn into office is to place the entire Clinton family under protective custody, confining them to their “compound” in New York.
