Police said that when they arrived at the home, a grandmother was standing with two children, one of which was crying.
The older woman told officers that her daughter, the mother of the crying boy, had slapped him multiple times on the front, side and back of the head, reported Fox 5.…Police said that during the investigation the boy’s sister told them that their mother was upset because the boy made a Mother’s Day card for his grandmother and not her.
When she realized the card wasn’t for her, Murphy tore it up and hit the boy repeatedly around the head, a police report says.Officers said that they saw a handwritten card ripped to shreds at the scene.
Murphy admitted to smacking the child, according to a police report, but ‘does not believe it was in a hard or violent manner.’

You made granny a card? GREAT! You’d think the kid was praised for thinking about his granny.
‘Mom’ beat the S–T out of little Johnny because it was addressed to granny and not to her? That’s a SPECIAL kind of monstrous.
