CNN Polls, ‘Who’s More Popular, Trump Or Congress?’ – I Doubt They’ll Publish Results

For all the browbeating the weaponized media have been giving Trump, you’d think these numbers would be flipped.

They hailed McCain as ‘heroic’ for his role in defeating Republican changes to healthcare.

They are obviously thrilled about all the roadblocks the Dems have throw up to defeat and delay the Republican mandate from moving forward.

But that’s the MEDIA.

How do REAL people feel about it? You know, the people who made these same ‘journalists’ cry when Dear Hillary was denied ‘HER Turn’? (CNN took a poll.)

Trump’s numbers are low, sure, but you would expect them to be in a sustained ‘soft coup’ attempt. Remember this little factoid?

The media, I think, wants Kerry to win…. And I think they’re going to portray Kerry and Edwards … I’m talking about the establishment media, not Fox – but they’re going to portray Kerry and Edwards as being young and dynamic and opportunistic and all. There’s going to be this glow about them – that’s going to be worth maybe 15 points. — Evan Thomas

If glowing praise of the Dems might be worth ’15 points’ what do you suppose a sustained hatchet job, all these leaks, and a bogus investigation have done to artificially shape public impressions of Trump?

Some people who sat quietly through Obama running roughshod over the Constitution — again and again — have tried to call Trump ‘treasonous’.

What a complete and utter load of…

picture of horse faeces from a horse in the background

But despite the negative press…

Covfefe!

What’s that mean? In this case, take the average that people peg as Trump’s approval numbers.

37%. That looks pretty grim, sure.

Let’s try something: what happens if you modify it by only as much as the positive bump that was supposed to help Kerry? Just those 15 points of press interference flip a 37 to a 52. Interesting. And that leaves aside all the other factors like bogus impeachment calls, Russia fixation, and media actually quoting unstable tinpot dictator Kim Jung Un to prop up their attacks on our Duly-elected President.

But how do they stack up against Congress, who hasn’t had the daily media pounding that Trump has?

Seven in Ten disapprove of Congress.

That’s 30% approval. They’re about as popular as Chlamydia at this point.

Republican leaders in have had their approval ratings drop like a stone. In January, they were at 39% approval. Now they’re at a lowly 24%

Ouch.

That should have the Democrats celebrating, right?

Not so fast: only 34% of Americans approve of House Democrats.

Looking over the figures, doesn’t that mean, even with all this unrelenting ‘help’ from the media pounding Trump, the Democrats STILL have three percent LESS approval than Trump?

Maybe Trump giving Ryan and McConnel a swift kick in the ass isn’t such a bad move on Trump’s part.

After all, unlike Team Obama, Republicans still believe in the separation of Powers. The Pen and the Phone don’t pass laws. That’s the job of the Legislative Branch.

Time to nut up or shut up, boys.

They should add this to their summer reading, so they can come back and stop getting kicked around by the MINORITY Dems.
