YO, CNN: Whatever Happened To Your ‘Trump – Russia’ Blather?

Remember all those breathless stories about Russia that CNN and Morning Joe loved to drone on about? Have you noticed they stopped?

What could POSSIBLY account for the change?

Could it be because they’re not really trying to report news, so much as to inflict maximal damage to Trump, his reputation, and the Republican brand?

Could it be that a charge of racism is one of the few things that can upstage their ongoing attempt to dress Trump up as Nixon?

After all… they Mueller investigation has been painfully slow in delivering any ‘knockout punch’ they had hoped for.

After all their hard work, he’s STILL President… can you believe it?

They have to find some other way to ‘divide and conquer’.

Like casting Trump as a racist, and split him from any Republican support.

Which seems to be the plan right now.

Of course, some people have called them on their BS attempts to call him racist.

Diamond and Silk defended him.

Black Christian Leaders defended him, too. (Including a chairman of the United States Commission on Civil Rights.)

On the other side, an acknowledged racist was mad at Trump because he let his daughter marry a Jewish man.

When the KKK story runs its course, Russia will become ‘big’ again.

It doesn’t matter if there are no new developments, or if someone on Mueller’s team just quit. (He did.)

One of the FBI’s top investigators, tapped by special counsel Robert Mueller just weeks ago to help lead the probe of Russian meddling in last year’s presidential election, has left Mueller’s team, sources tell ABC News.

Oh well, they’ll come up with something to drone on about.

They always do.
