Aurora shooting suspect James Holmes will be bolted to the floor for restraint during his trial, a judge has ruled.
Holmes will wear a hidden harness under his clothes with cables anchored to the floor for his four-month trial, which is due to start in February.
Judge Carlos A. Samour Jr. also ruled the jury will not be sequestered during the trial because it would create an ‘undue burden’ on them for such a long case.
