FREE TO RAPE AND MURDER! Violent Illegal Aliens Remain in America
The United States has laws that it’s citizens are to follow and are strictly enforced, unless you are an illegal immigrant who has been detained by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Between 2010 and 2014, one hundred twenty-one convicted murderers had been captured and ordered to be deported, but were released. The scumbags moved on to murder innocent American citizens. They didn’t even take the time to put them on a sex offender registry!
Luis-Leyva, was supposed to be deported back to Cuba for having unlawful sex with a teenager. He spent three years in a Florida prison for that crime and then was released back into the population in 2008. He kidnapped an 18 year old girl at knife point two years later, and then raped her. Now our tax dollars are paying for him to be in prison for the next 55 years.
In 2000, Andrew Rui Stanley from Brazil, was convicted of sodomizing a child but was released in 2009 after Brazil didn’t provide the necessary paperwork to collect him. After his release, he violently abused three children over a two year course and is now serving a lifetime sentence in Missouri. Again, the American taxpayers have to foot the bill to house another country’s trash.
These are just two examples of the thousands of crimes committed by illegal aliens. The excuses that ICE gave for the “errors” will blow your mind! The murderers countries would not take them back, plus the Obama administration just didn’t feel like detaining them any longer. They made a conscience decision to release these animals back into the wild so they could rape, murder, and kill innocents.
Maria Sachetti, who works for the Boston Globe, had uncovered that ICE had also let go hundreds of violent sex offenders because of the Supreme Court ruling Zadvydas v. Davis. In this ruling is states that illegals whose countries refuse to take them back, will not be detained past 6 months.
America is also required to impose sanctions upon countries that refuse to take their illegals back. This has not happened because it has not been enforced both by Secretary Clinton or Secretary Kerry. They once again chose to ignore our rule of law and it has cost innocent American lives. Sound familiar?
The Obama administration has blood on their hands and have failed to follow the law and keep United States citizens safe. ICE has been given a free pass to turn a blind eye to illegal activity and it seems even encouraged to do so. USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) are even advertising “DACA renewal tips” since the version of Obama’s lawless “Dream act” may not be renewed for two year work permits.
The 2016 elections are right around the corner and there is no room for any “squishy” establishment Republicans when it comes to any matters of our country. You are hired to do the will of the people. If you are for pathway to citizenship, or refuse to secure our borders, you may as well pack it in because the citizens will not tolerate RINOs this time around.
