The Writer Who LIED For Obama Will Also Be THIS Candidate’s BS Artist

If Hillary hasn’t hired this guy already, she probably should. They’re made for each other.

Jon Lovett is a speechwriter. Like most artists, he takes pride in his work. Writing is a discipline, after all. It is honed with long practice, and one way a speechwriter can measure his effectiveness, is whether his speeches can influence people.

This guy delivered.

He was certainly able to influence people. While being interviewed on Charlie Rose’s program, he told viewers how he much he enjoyed the playful, funny parts of his speeches. On the other hand, what he was especially proud of were his more serious speeches on topics like the Economy and Health Care. That’s when the other guest — Jon Favreau — broke in with “if you like your insurance you can keep it.”

(You guessed it, Lovett wrote speeches for Obama, and was personally responsible for that infamous line, the one Politifact dubbed 2013 Lie of the Year.)

After being “outed” for that line, Lovett quipped “how dare you” before they all broke into laughter. And then, barely audible, Lovett added … “it’s still true.”

This guy is born to write speeches for the likes of Hillary. He’s a regular Joseph Goebbels. Let me be clear: what’s being said doesn’t have to be true, it just has to be convincing to the public.

It would be hard to say what clever quips Lovett might come up with on topics like Benghazi or the deleted emails — seriously, where do you go next to say something more brazen than Hillary’s “what, like with a cloth or something?” Professional that he is, I’m sure he’d work out the details somehow.

Pretty funny isn’t it? “If you like your health care plan you can keep your health care plan.” (Obama used that line at least 37 times by Politifact’s count.)

Lovett even claims “it’s still true”. Washington insiders probably have no problem at all finding the health insurance they need. It’s the rest of America that feels the weight of this lie.

I’m sure it’s very comforting to the hundreds of thousands of insured Americans who got that letter from their insurance explaining the plan they had before the launch of Obamacare (“The Affordable Care Act!”) no longer existed. “If you like your plan…”

They were being phased out to comply with new Obamacare regulations. Meaning they were being changed. And according to Forbes, the price of Health Care is rising faster than income.

If this is “affordable” what will “expensive” look like when Obamacare’s unintended consequences and unfunded medical liabilities really start to pile up?

Share if you don’t want more of the same lies
