Russ Feingold, the former Democratic senator from Wisconsin who is running again in an attempt to win back his old Senate seat, was recorded at a fundraiser saying that Hillary Clinton might issue an executive order on guns.
…“If there’s still Republican control in Congress, and if Hillary is elected, is there anything she can do to uhh…,” a person asks Feingold within the video. “Well, there might be an executive order,” Feingold responds.
“Oh, so she can, I know that Bara…” the questioner counters. Feingold then talks of President Obama’s executive orders throughout his two terms.
“He did some executive orders with the aspects of waiting periods. But what we all need is the Senate, have her there, and then put pressure on the House. And we might win the House,” Feingold says.
Later in the video, the former senator says that an overwhelming amount of people in the state of Wisconsin believes there should be background checks.
“But what I do is I go with the majority view of the people of the state, which is very common sense. They believe there should be background checks. Overwhelmingly, they believe there should be background checks for the internet and for gun shows.”

Project Veritas then culled through recent Wikileaks dumps for information on Clinton’s gun-control plans and found an email that addresses the topic from Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon. He explicitly mentions “closing loopholes by executive orders.”
Amy Rao, the Hillary donor and host of the Feingold event, then says on hidden camera that “Hillary wants to shut it down.”
“You think she will?” the undercover journalist asks.
“If we can get guns away from everyone in this country, she’ll close the loopholes, get rid of assault weapons, she’ll get rid of being able to buy, you know, unlimited bullets, she’s gonna make all that stop,” says Rao.
“If that doesn’t work, she will do it with executive orders and won’t care what laws she breaks or disregards as the past few months have shown,” he added.
Alan Gottlieb, executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation, was equally unsurprised by the revelations.
“It’s no surprise that Feingold made that statement. Hillary Clinton herself has told gun prohibition group leaders that she would use executive orders and actions to attack Second Amendment rights,” Gottlieb told WND in an email. “The only surprise is that he got caught on tape saying it.”
Henry said Hillary seems to operate above the law.
“Who will bring her to justice if she is elected? No one!” he said “And if Trump is elected, Obama will do his best to give her amnesty for any of her past crimes.” WND
