When the camera cuts over to the old guy, he is laughing so hard he can’t even breathe.
They were already in a giggly mood from the previous segment.
(We don’t get to see what happened earlier but it was probably some sort of a blooper.)
They were talking about light bulbs, more or less holding it together. It was in the transition that they got wrapped around the axle. The poor weather lady gave an answer that was a LOT more personal than she probably intended.
It’s not easy to stay professional on that set. Especially after a slip like that one.
