How poetic would it be if the very tool they engineered to destroy Trump takes down his corrupt critics, instead? It could happen.
The media have been desperate — DESPERATE — to find evidence of Russian collusion.
We have good news and bad news for them.
The Good news is we found some.
The Bad news is THEY are now implicated in actual Russian collusion.
In case you haven’t been following the story, here’s the quick recap of the news as it stood BEFORE this latest update.
Rubio’s oppo research team hired Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Trump. When Rubio dropped out, he stopped gathering.
Hillary’s team hired them for the same purpose. Once Hillary’s team was in play, they hired the now-infamous Steel, allegedly paying some 6 figures for his work. He came back with ‘The Dossier’ — the same one that was floating around Washington for months, but had enough holes in it that nobody wanted to run it as a legit story.
McCain got a copy and gave it to Comey.
It is suggested that this dossier was used as a justification for surveillance on Trump’s team, which lead to a whole series of events relating to allegations of Russian collusion.
CNN was the first to report on the dossier itself, and Buzzfeed was the first to report the more salacious aspects involving what the left would ordinarily call ‘sex trade workers’ engaging in some ridiculously petty and unpleasant acts.
The attack dogs on the Left and the internet ate it up.
But the story fell apart pretty quickly. For instance, a passport proved one of the alleged participants had never even been in the country.
Now we’re up to speed. Fusion is in the hot seat for their OWN connections to Russia.
We now see some redacted financial documents in which we see who they have been financially connected with … and some interesting patterns emerged.
For example… they have some reporters on their payroll. They — Fusion — have been paying reporters who just happen to be reporting on details of the very stories they dug up research on.
The unsealed documents also reveal details of the House committee’s requests for records related to Fusion’s payments to journalists.
The document shows that the committee sought records related to “five Fusion payments to research and Russia expert [name redacted], and production of three additional payments.”
The committee also seeks records “related to Fusion’s payments to journalists who have reported on Russia issues relevant to its investigation.”
In a memo filed Tuesday, lawyers for the House panel said they are seeking transactions related to nine payments made to “three individual journalists…each of whom have reported on and/or been quoted in articles regarding topics related to the Committee’s investigation, some of which were published as recently as October 2017.”
The names of the journalists are redacted in the filing.
Fusion tried hard to keep the journalists they have on payroll out of the investigation.
The unsealed filings show that Fusion argued against releasing records related to payments to journalists.
In a Nov. 3 declaration, Fritsch argued that “transactions between Fusion GPS and certain journalists…are not pertinent to work related to Russia or Donald Trump.”
And in a Nov. 2 email to the Intel committee’s legal team, Levy argued that “records related to payments to the journalists and ‘individuals’ are protected by the First Amendment and confidentiality, and they are not pertinent.”
Republicans in the committee didn’t share that view.
But House Republicans still have their doubts. One of the documents filed by lawyers for the House Intelligence Committee said each of the three reporters who received payments had written about the Russia probe, which could indicate that reporters were using Fusion GPS’s work to write their stories.
“Additionally, the Committee seeks transactions related to three individual journalists, [names redacted], each of whom have reported on and/or been quoted in articles regarding topics related to the Committee’s investigation, some of which were published as recently as October 2017,” the committee wrote.

But that’s not the end of it, either.
You remember that Hillary’s campaign used their legal team, Perkins Coie as the middle-man between themselves and Fusion. Their final payment to Fusion was December 28th.
You may remember the name ‘Magnitsky’.
In that pointless meeting that Trump Jr attended, and walked out on, one that, in light of THIS revelation, looks suspiciously like deliberate entrapment by Fusion GPS, Magnitsky came up. Its what the supposed ‘informant’ REALLY came to discuss.
BakerHostetler — the firm that has represented the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Foundation’s HIV/AIDS Initiative since 2003 (Wiki) — has yet ANOTHER Russia / Fusion connection.
BakerHostetler paid Fusion for some other work.
Fusion worked for BakerHostetler to investigate Bill Browder, a London-based banker who helped push through the Magnitsky Act, a sanctions law vehemently opposed by the Kremlin.
BakerHostetler represented Prevezon Holdings and its owner, a Russian businessman named Denis Katsyv.
Katsyv and Prevezon sought to limit the impact of the Magnitsky sanctions.
Glenn Simpson, a former Wall Street Journal reporter and Fusion GPS founding partner, compiled the research for the anti-Browder project. He worked closely with Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer who also showed up at the infamous Trump Tower meeting held on June 9, 2016.

The more Hillary, Brazile and the media harp about Russian Collusion, the greater the damage that will ripple through the DNC and the ‘respectable’ media when the full truth is known.
Deliberate ‘entrapement’ tactics set up to destroy political opponents?
DNC working hand-in-glove with Russians while complaining about ‘collusion’?
Federal investigations launched by discredited documents?
Comey right in the thick of it?
And Journalists on the Payroll of these sketchy dirt-diggers?
CNN is an embarrassment. A disgrace.
We’ve got a message for the politicians AND the journalists. We even put them on a shirt, for anyone else who wants to get that message out there.
FIRST: The politicians.
Even Mark Twain wanted to drain the swamp!
“Politicians are like diapers; they need to be changed often and for the same reason” – Mark Twain.
And the best part? This shirt is made in the USA, printed in the USA, on an American-Made t-shirt press!
Show your elected officials all the ‘love’ they deserve. Get yours now!
SECOND: The ‘Media’
CNN has been called everything from the Clinton News Network to the Communist News Network for obvious reasons. No matter what the letters stand for, this network is clearly a Left-wing propaganda machine.
This new t-shirt says it all… CNN Sucks!
