Teacher ‘Attacked’ Student Who Refused To Stand For Our Nat’l Anthem – In My Day That Was No Big Deal
Hey feminists… before you blame ‘toxic masculinity’ for this story… get the facts.
A PE teacher is being put on ‘paid admin leave’. Because she allegedly assaulted a student.
Yes. You read that correctly: ‘she’.
For context, she was not charged with a crime, and the contention was that the incident was ‘blown out of proportion’.
What was the issue? A student refused to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
An excerpt from the letter sent out to the families:
I am reaching out to you tonight to let you know that we will have a substitute teacher working with some of our PE classes for the time being.
While I cannot share much information, following an incident today at school, Ms. Smith was placed on paid administrative leave. We are working closely with our partners at the Lafayette Police Department. We believe in due process and therefore ask that everyone respect Ms. Smith’s privacy at this time.

Ok. The kid didn’t stand up. No charges were laid. And she was a P.E. teacher.
We can’t be the only ones here who think the ‘assault’ was a little physical urging for that child to stand up and show some respect.
Obviously… that method wasn’t particularly convincing in this case.
