Dear CNN: Billionaire BET Founder Says, Trump’s Bringing Jobs To Black Workers – Is That ‘News?’
The race-baiting Trump haters are not going to like this story. It’s the kind of thing that curb-stomps their narrative.
They are working very hard to make special interest groups think Trump doesn’t like them, care about them, or do them any good.
One of those groups happens to be black. Or African-American. Or People Of Color. Go with any term that suits you, it amounts to the same thing. If you have dark skin, Trump is supposedly aligned against you, and making life worse for you.
A lot of people CLAIM that, but most of the people doing the claiming have something to gain by saying that. News media, for instance, have long since made it clear which party they have thrown their support behind.
The political talking heads? Most of them are all-in for one side or the other.
So whose opinion WOULD you trust? How about someone who started a TV network that catered specifically to the interests of that exact special interest group?
The founder of BET was asked about his take on the economy, and he began by talking about Trump’s tax cut and record low unemployment figures, in particular, among African-Americans.
That’s not going to fit with Pelosi’s ‘crumbs’ talking points at all.
Wonder how they’re going to spin this? Do they dare go to their standard practice of defaming him with terms like ‘Uncle Tom’, like they do other pro-Republican figures they need to discredit?
Probably not. It should be interesting seeing what the ‘spin’ looks like after this.
They’ll probably try to make sure this story ‘goes quietly away’.
Of course, it’s within your power to make that really difficult, should you choose to pass it around.
