Why do Liberals love these fence-jumpers so much? Because they are the living embodiment of rights without responsibilities.
It’s funny, how the Left idealizes JFK, but if he were able to come back today, he wouldn’t recognize ANYTHING about the party they’ve become today.
Democrats today are literally cheerleading (with signs saying ‘refugees welcome’) actual fence jumpers flagrantly defying our immigration law.

You’ve been hearing about a caravan of hundreds of people from Central America making their way north through Mexico for more than a month now. With the help of many accomplices, they’ve finally reached the border.
According to the Los Angeles Times, several of the migrants from the caravan have crossed into the U.S. illegally.
The paper reported that a pregnant women and a few children entered the U.S. through a canyon that authorities described in a statement as dark, treacherous and ‘notorious for human and drug smuggling’.
Another 50 or so camped on blankets and backpacks in Tijuana outside the Mexican side of the crossing, prohibited from even getting close to the U.S. inspection building.
Police with flashing lights escorted the buses to a cross-border rally at a Pacific Ocean beach, with supporters gathering on both sides of security fencing brandishing signs.

Everyone who thinks this is about ‘race’ is missing the point entirely. Those of us who want the wall, or at least reliable border enforcement don’t give a damn about race. The problem is this: anyone who marches up to our border, declares that they’re coming in, (whether we like it or not), and decides that waiting at the front door like everyone else isn’t good enough for them is NOT someone we can trust will abide by our OTHER laws if it becomes inconvenient to do so.

Not only was JFK the first President since Coolidge to cut taxes and see growth, JFK is remembered for something else. That famous ‘ask not’ quote from his Inaugural Address.
And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.
Whatever his personal moral failings, he clearly believed that there was such a thing as Civic Responsibility of a Citizen.
In that sentence is also a distinction between what it means to be and to NOT be an American. Those who were NOT Americans obviously have no such moral duty. Those who have no such moral duty are obviously not Americans.

If you refuse to be bound by our laws and our customs, you should go find some other country whose laws and customs you think are worthy of following. Go live THERE. Honestly, we’ve got plenty of people willing to come in the right way. We have no need of anyone who thinks they’re more important than people who came into America through the front door.
If we’re smart, we’ll alter the law so that only those who enter lawfully through a controlled border crossing will be eligible for any of the benefits they’re sneaking across the border to find.
The problem of illegal immigration will be greatly diminished if ICE turns their attention to cutting off access to the jobs that are bringing people here. Turn your attention to the employers. Make the consequences steep enough that it’s not worth any savings you might get by hiring people who ought not be here.

They want to be protected by the police and the military, but they attack and criticize the men and women who protect us. They call conservatives “racists,” but it’s their own identity politics that have created race problems in the first place. After all, Democrats were the party of slavery!
They attack hunters, but have no problem wearing leather shoes or owning cars with leather upholstery! And of course, they believe guns kill people. Not the people that pull the trigger.
