The single most important virtue on the left seems to be ‘tolerance’ but there’s still one big exception: Biblical Christianity.
You can be a hedonistic super freak, and that’s completely fine with the Left. It’s even celebrated. Say that maybe you should keep it in your pants until marriage and you’ll get mocked.
You can cheat on your spouse via Ashley Madison, and hey, that’s cool. Fidelity is a choice, after all.
Speaking of choice, you can lobby for the absolute right of a woman to murder her unborn child in-utero without reprisal, and even with government funding, and that’s championing ‘women’s rights’. If you oppose that, however, then you just hate women… even if you are one.
You can completely diminish the role that Christianity had in shaping this great nation of ours, and the left will applaud you. Suggest that perhaps our nation was founded on the Judeo-Christian worldview and you’ll get a lecture on multi-culturalism.
