Christians Are Protesting Netflix For A Cartoon – It’s Not A ‘Normal’ Cartoon
Are they seriously marketing this show to children?
An online petition has garnered over 20,000 signatures on Citizen Go protesting the release of the new Netflix cartoon, ‘Super Drags’, an animated show based on drag queens.
Here is the Netflix description:
During the day, they work in a department store and deal with their uptight bitchy boss. By night, they tighten up their corsets and transform into the baddest SUPER DRAGS in town, ready to combat shade and rescue the world’s glitter from the evil villains. Get ready, because the SUPER DRAGS are going deeper than you think.
Welp, this certainly doesn’t look like an appropriate show for children.

The petition was created by the Christian Film and Television Commission and states:
Netflix just announced a new animated series, “Super Drags.” This animated show is clearly geared towards young and vulnerable children. The cartoon series will feature “superheroes” who dress like the opposite gender.
The series is driven by a “politically correct” transvestite agenda and it is chock-full of sexual innuendos that are completely inappropriate for young audiences.
…
Emboldened by “gay pride,” Netflix is releasing a show geared towards children where homosexuality and cross-dressing are the focal point. Netflix has taken the skill sets of those who create wholesome, educational content for children and has inserted the homosexual agenda into their content.

Netflix has recently signed a deal with the Obamas that will allow them to produce scripted and unscripted content for the video streaming provider, they also allowed disgraced former National Security Advisor, Susan Rice, on their Board of Directors, and there’s the whole creepy Bill Nye thing.

Republicans just aren’t supporting Netflix like they used to.
These decisions have alienated some conservatives. Republican approval of the streamer has dropped this year, while Democratic approval has risen. A survey earlier this month by brand-perception firm YouGov found that Republican approval has dropped 16% since January 1.
But Netflix hasn’t engaged with the controversies.

Maybe if enough people start using their wallets to make their views known these companies pushing a progressive agenda will stop and take notice.

Rules For Radical Christians is not a survival devotional designed to help the young Christian adult limp through life. Rather, it is a road-tested, dominion blueprint that will equip the young adult with leadership skills and sufficient motivation to rise to a place of influence in an overtly non-Christian culture. Rules For Radical Christians gives the reader the keys to become strategically equipped to move into an anti-theistic environment and effectively influence it for the glory of God.
