If you’ve been shot in the chest and don’t realize it until the next day, you might have a legitimate drinking problem.

An unidentified 19-year old man was literally feeling no pain on Monday night on Chicago’s West side.

Police said a 19-year-old man, whose name has not yet been released, was shot around 11:30pm Monday.

He finally sought treatment at the Roseland Community Hospital around 5pm Tuesday.

The shooting victim told authorities Tuesday he was too drunk the night he was shot in the chest to realize what had happened to him.
