Twitter Suspends Benghazi Hero, Kris Paronto… But That’s Not The Weird Part
Kris would never have been suspended if Obama hadn’t given his weird ‘Trump sucks, everyone’s racist, and I fixed the economy’ speech.
By the end of a pretty reasonable (by Twitter standards) conversation, Kris found himself suspended. And there’s even an odd mystery in the ‘why’.
In a conversation about some of the dumb things Obama said in his speech, an Obama flunkie tried to defend his hero in a conversation with Robert J O’Neill.
If you’ve heard that name before but can’t quite place it, don’t worry. You’ll remember soon enough.
O’Neill was taunting Obama’s casual criticism of the right for not talking about Nazis enough, he sent it right back at Obama:
Nazis are bad. Now try saying “Radical Islam…” https://t.co/2jS4b8OgwJ
— Robert J. O'Neill (@mchooyah) September 7, 2018
The flunkie hiding behind his anonymous label didn’t like it and answered:
It was not the smartest response he could have given.
O’Neill answered with the modest response of ‘do you know who you are talking to?’
O’Neill, of course, is the guy who personally put the bullet into Bin Laden’s brain. Which made the ‘Obama killed Bin Laden’ a particularly bad choice of comeback to ‘now try saying radical Islam’.
Another hero — this one Kris Paronto from Benghazi — thought this was absolutely hilarious. And he said so.
Citing a well-known movie reference, whose gif we’ve used here before…
…Kris mocked the flunkie.
The quoted tweet starting with the line “OMG ??!!” is the one that got him suspended h/t Twitchy for preserving the screencap:

But we’re not at the weird part yet.
Kris was suspended, even though ‘retard’ is used ALL over twitter, and that particular use is lifted right out of a familiar pop culture reference.
The weird part is that he wasn’t suspended because the flunkie got offended.
That’s because:
- He wasn’t offended
- He didn’t report it.
So Twitter CEO @jack has some explaining to do for why a well-known American hero was speaking frankly about his personal experiences while serving American interests on social media, and got mysteriously suspended for it.
Well, I didn't report it, I couldn't care less and didn't feel offended in any way.

You think they will respond to me? I mean as long as I didn't report it I really do not think they will give me an answer, probably better chance they will respond to the owner of the tweet?

Did somebody get offended on Obama’s behalf for all the ‘mean things’ Kris was saying about him?
He’s got every reason to be angry about the issue. Obama had the gall to write Benghazi off as a ‘conspiracy’.

The guy who LIVED through it, and watched others die while trying to live through it, has every right to criticize the hapless politician who personally made decisions (or failed to make decisions) that affected the ultimate outcome.
