If this were just a one-off, we’d just dismiss it as a gaffe. But she’s on her way to being an important decision-maker in American politics, and her mental acuity in executing a government function like that really matters.

She’s always been pretty nutty, we remember some of the lies she’d trot out while carrying water for Obama. Now she’s becoming truly incoherent; will that become a problem for us in the future?
