McCabe is a special kind of stupid. The Weapons-grade kind.
He has the right to remain silent, but he’s too dumb to exercise it. McCabe never learned the lesson that when you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.
Instead, he’s out there hawking his book.
Fair enough. He’ll have to pay for his legal fees somehow. But now he’s saying that he believes president Trump really might be Putin’s puppet?
Forget all the OTHER evidence. We can look at one of TODAY’s headline and have enough information to blow that idea all to hell.
Putin warns: Russia will target US with new weapons if it deploys missiles to Europe
Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking during his state-of-the-nation address Wednesday, warned that Russia will aim new hypersonic missiles at the U.S. should it deploy new intermediate-range missiles in Europe.
Yeah, that sounds like someone who’s confident he’s got Trump in his back pocket.
Wait a minute. Missiles… Europe… that sounds really familiar.

Let’s be honest. McCabe has blown his credibility again and again. He was fired with cause. He was busted for playing a role in trying to undermine or completely unseat a duly-elected President. He helped weaponize the most dangerous and powerful tools of the government against private individuals for personal and political gain.
And he’s trying to dress it up as doing the right thing? Apart from the Partisan Press and the usual credulous goons in the Media(D) who’s buying the crap he’s slinging?
CNN has reported that a Grand Jury investigation has been opened into his role in any malfeasance while in the DOJ.
Is a BOOK TOUR really the smartest play he could think of when ‘anything he says can and will be used against him in a court of law’? He won’t even HAVE to take the stand. The prosecution can just read excerpts of his conflicting and nonsensical public statements.
If he was so VERY concerned about Russian Collusion… plenty of red flags were swept under the rug regarding the OTHER candidate in 2016.
Two years later, nothing has turned up implicating Trump. But we’ve still got a long list of open questions for Hillary and those who helped shield her.

Here’s an excerpt from an excellent Victor Davis Hanson piece explaining why this whole exercise — including McCabe’s role in it — is properly described as a failed coup attempt.
During the 2016 election, the Obama Department of Justice warped the Clinton email scandal investigation, from Bill Clinton’s secret meeting on an airport tarmac with Attorney General Loretta Lynch, to unethical immunity given to the unveracious Clinton aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, to James Comey’s convoluted predetermined treatment of “likely winner” Clinton, and to DOJ’s Bruce Ohr’s flagrant conflict of interests in relation to Fusion GPS.
About a dozen FBI and DOJ grandees have now resigned, retired, been fired, or reassigned for unethical and likely illegal behavior—and yet have not faced criminal indictments. The reputation of the FBI as venerable agency is all but wrecked. Its administrators variously have libeled the Trump voters, expressed hatred for Trump, talked of “insurance policies” in ending the Trump candidacy, and inserted informants into the Trump campaign.
The former Obama directors of the CIA and National Intelligence, with security clearances intact, hit the television airways as paid “consultants” and almost daily accused the sitting president of Russian collusion and treason—without cross-examination or notice that both previously had lied under oath to Congress (and did so without subsequent legal exposure), and both were likely knee-deep in the dissemination of the Steele dossier among Obama administration officials.
