Dear CNN: Michael Avenatti Is Being Charged With Stealing $300K From Stormy Daniels — Is THAT News?

The Creepy Porn Lawyer was shameless in his exploitation of Stormy Daniels, and the Media(D) lapped it up — especially the “Facts First” folks over at CNN.

MSNBC and CNN made this guy a household name by having him on television regularly to go after President Trump. When Avenatti represented the ridiculous liar, Julie Swetnick, he attacked the character of Brett Kavanaugh as complicit in a gang rape ring (as a high school sophomore) with zero evidence.

Brian Stelter, the (ironic) media “watchdog” over at CNN, saw Avenatti as a “serious 2020 candidate” because of his frequent appearances on cable news.

The Media(D) loved Avenatti because he was an attack dog who they could sic on their enemies while taking him seriously and posing as neutral reporters.

But parading him around on television twice a day is a ridiculous self-own.

Michael Avenatti has been previously charged with taking money from clients, attempting to extort millions of dollars from Nike (with his cohort, Mark Geragos,) Federal Bank Fraud and Wire Fraud and a host of other federal charges in several states. As we reported last month, he was looking at a possible 335 years in prison if convicted.

With the new charges, that number jumps to 404 years behind bars.

The Feds have charged Avenatti with defrauding Stephanie Clifford (aka Stormy Daniels) of $300,000 relating to her tell-all book deal that he brokered for her. It appears that he forged her name to divert the book advance into his account and spent the money on the payroll for his law firm and other businesses, airfare, restaurants, car payments, online shopping, meal delivery, car services, and dry cleaning. Clifford, meanwhile, was stripping in seedy clubs to “pay the bills” and cash in on her claim that she had sex once with President Trump in 2006. President Trump has denied the claim, nevertheless, Clifford was paid $130,000 for a Non-Disclosure Agreement but later broke it, describing the alleged consensual act in graphic detail in her tell-all book. She also sued the President for defamation but lost and was forced to pay Trump’s legal fees.

When Clifford asked Avenatti if the publisher was going to cough up the money for the book advance, Avenatti said that the publisher refused to pay and that he was pressuring them. He failed to mention that he had already received two of the four payments of $148,750 each into his account.

Federal prosecutors in New York City say Avenatti used a doctored document to divert about $300,000 that Daniels was supposed to get from a book deal, then used the money for personal and business expenses. Only half of that money was paid back, prosecutors said.

Daniels isn’t named in the court filing, but the details of the case, including the date her book was released, make it clear that she is the client involved.

Avenatti denied the allegations on Twitter.

“No monies relating to Ms. Daniels were ever misappropriated or mishandled. She received millions of dollars worth of legal services and we spent huge sums in expenses. She directly paid only $100.00 for all that she received. I look forward to a jury hearing the evidence,” he wrote.

Avenatti added in a later tweet that his agreement for representing Daniels “included a percentage of any book proceeds.”

That guy’s a real peach, isn’t he?

He’s pro-porn, pro-abortion, and is willing to exploit women.

Oh, and he was accused of threatening and abusing two womenone of whom is his now ex-wife.

Male feminists for the win!

His denials are just weird. Why would he claim that none of the money was misappropriated if he lied to Clifford about the payments being issued? Why did he (allegedly) forge her signature to move the money into his account?

This isn’t the first time that Avenatti has been accused of taking money from clients. He has been charged with misappropriating approximately $12 million from five clients. (See the list of charges below.)

Tucker Carlson recaps the rise and fall of Creepy Porn Lawyer, Michael Avenatti:

Here’s a quick rundown of what Avenatti is being charged with:

CALIFORNIA

10 counts of wire fraud

Avenatti allegedly committed wire fraud by lying to five clients about their settlements from cases he represented them in.

The total sum of the money he allegedly misappropriated is $12million.

He is accused of not only hiding their payments from them but spending the money himself on private planes, repaying the IRS and funding his own businesses between 2015 and 2017.

19 counts of tax fraud

Avenatti has not filed personal income tax returns since 2010, it is claimed.

Between 2015 and 2017, his coffee company Global Baristas US, did not pay $3.2million in federal payroll taxes.

More than $2million of that figure was withheld from staff pay checks and spent by Avenatti himself, it is alleged.

2 counts of bank fraud

The two bank fraud charges relate to the original indictment and claims he submitted bogus financial information to obtain three loans totaling $4.1 million from The People’s Bank in Mississippi.

The bogus information included a tax return that had never been sent to the IRS and him overstating his law firm’s resources when it was on the brink of bankruptcy.

One said his firm, Eagan Avenatti, had more than $500,000 in an operating account when it only had $43,000, it is claimed.

4 counts bankruptcy fraud

Three of the bankruptcy fraud charges allege that Avenatti submitted, under penalty of perjury, monthly operating reports that failed to report all of the firm’s accounts receivable in 2017.

Avenatti is charged with falsely testifying under oath during a June 2017 bankruptcy hearing by denying the firm had received any fees related to a lawsuit when Eagan Avenatti had actually received more than $1.3 million

New York case 1

Conspiracy to commit extortion

Avenatti allegedly attempted to extort Nike by saying he had information which incriminated it in a pay-for-play college basketball scandal this year.

He allegedly told the company that he would conduct an internal investigation for a $25million fee instead of exposing it.

Nike reported him.

New York case 2

Charged with misappropriating funds belonging to the ex adult film star Stormy Daniels to the tune of nearly $300,000.

It looks like President Trump is right again — Michael Avenatti is indeed a “low-life” Democrat lawyer.

Most Americans distrust the mainstream media, which explains the rise in alternative forms of media like ClashDaily. Yes, we do inject opinion, but we’re up-front about our worldview and the deliberate slant to our reporting. Besides, all media sources inject bias these days, and the echo-chambers that make up the mainstream Media(D) outlets is a huge problem. Because all of the outlets are in agreement, it wasn’t discussed.

President Trump has ripped off the mask of faux neutrality to reveal the leftwing bias for all to see.

This is the state of the Media(D) in the Trump Era:

I don’t know about you, but I’m McLovin’ it!
