Rebels With A Cause

Written by Doug Giles on December 8, 2020

The world loves a rebel. That was the appeal of the James Dean ‘rebel without a cause’ storyline. Do you know what they like even more? That same rebel spirit paired with a worthy cause.

This may be hard for some to believe, looking around at these puce-colored meeting houses, but once upon a time, the Church played the role of linking those two ideas in society.

You don’t REALLY think it’s the ‘Christian thing’ to step-and-fetch to every little decree an unrighteous government official makes demanding that we forfeit the right to actually, you know, LIVE as Christians?

At least, until it’s convenient for the State to change it’s mind anyway.

Imagine if that was how the First Century church rolled? If it were, we never would have had a second-century church.

If you think Christians sprang from a generation of thin-skinned glorified hall monitors, you simply haven’t been paying attention.

Maybe this two-minute freedom blast will jog some people’s memories about what the early Church REALLY looked like… and what today’s church is supposed to look like.

Spoiler alert: they were NOT a bunch of overweight comfort-junkies singularly preoccupied about whether or not they’d be first in line to the buffet table.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
