The “Tom Cruise COVID Rant” gets a Christmas makeover and it’s spectacular!
Tom Cruise made headlines recently for leaked audio of a COVID rant he made to the crew on the set of the new Mission Impossible movie that is currently being filmed in Britain. According to the U.S. Sun, the first to post the audio, the star “flew into a rage” when he spotted two members of the crew standing less than two meters (6 feet) apart looking at a computer screen.
What followed was a long, loud, profanity-laden rant that made the situation clear: do it again, and you’re gone.
“If I see you do it again, you’re f***ing gone. And if anyone in this crew does it, that’s it — and you too and you too. And you, don’t you ever f***ing do it again,” shouted Cruise.
“They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us,” he ranted. “We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherf***ers.
“That’s it. No apologies. You can tell it to the people that are losing their f***ing homes because our industry is shut down. “
“We are not shutting this f***ing movie down. Is it understood? If I see it again, you’re f***ing gone.”
Since the viral rant, five crew members have quit.
Many of us in right-wing media just kind of shrugged and said, “Yep. There’s another Hollywood elitist who is making the seventh movie in the franchise because it’s ‘essential’ or something and ranting about COVID.”
Then, (surprise, surprise!) a whole bunch of his buddies made headlines for agreeing with him.
But now, in my humble opinion — it’s newsworthy.
Because it’s being memed and in a spectacular way.

This is so great, it should be listed on Tom Cruise’s IMDB credits. It’s better than some of the other stuff that he’s done. Does anyone out there remember Legend? There’s one hour and 34 minutes of my childhood that I want back. But, hey, at least we have this video now, right?
