Nothing in life is ever simple — not even a digital coup orchestrated by trillion-dollar tech behemoths.

Names like Facebook and Twitter are accustomed to power. Accustomed to calling the shots and forcing others to dance to their tune. Hell they even managed a coordinated erasure of the President’s entire online presence, didn’t they?

They are NOT accustomed to being on the short end of ANY stick — let alone some obscure upstart from North Idaho taking a stand and sticking to their principles.

A company that provides Wifi to North Idaho and Spokane Washington has decided that it is not willing to stand back and watch these giants throw their weight around in ways that most certainly fall somewhere between unethical and explicitly illegal business practices.

That company’s name is ‘Your T1 WIFI’, and it is a first step in the escalation of the digital culture war.

By the left’s very own logic, the response SHOULD be ‘cry more, Tech Tyrants, this is a private company. Build your OWN fiber-optic system!’

That’s basically the taunt they’ve been flinging at Conservatives, at Trump, and at Parler, isn’t it?

But when their own tactic boomerangs on them, they really don’t seem to like it.

Your T1 WIFI said it decided to block Twitter and Facebook after the company received several calls from customers about both websites.

“It has come to our attention that Twitter and Facebook are engaged in censorship of our customers and information,” an email to customers reads.

The service provider said the change would go into effect on Wednesday, Jan. 13.

In an email posted to Twitter by a customer, Krista Yep, the company says it was fielding calls from customers asking that the service not display the sites on the internet, and that they didn’t want their children to be able to access them.

“Our company does not believe a website or social networking site has the authority to censor what you see and post and hide information from you, stop you from seeing what your friends and family are posting,” the email reads. “This is why with the amount of concerns, we have made this decision to block these two websites from being accessed from our network.”

…In the emails, the company also wrote that their contract and acceptable use policy allows them to block websites if they deem the content “break any rules (sic) or illegal or harmful to our customers and more.”

In a phone call with KREM, the owner of the company, Brett Fink, again said the websites would only be blocked for customers who asked.

“We’ve had customers asked to be blocked by it. That is what the email was about, so no we are not blocking anybody, only the ones that have asked for it,” Fink said. — KREM2

Those who object to their decision point (ironically) to ‘net neutrality’ laws, claiming that lawful companies cannot be blocked.

Well, that wording makes it interesting, now doesn’t it? After all, both individual lawsuits like Parler’s and big fish like the DOJ have been pointing to some of these Silicon Valley Giants’ very dubious anti-trust practices.

Also, these blockings are voluntary. The customers don’t want you in their system, lurking, spying, gleaning information that you don’t deserve to know about them.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
