So, will the mainstream media breathlessly report about Biden’s “kids in cages”?

Not very likely.

After all, this isn’t Orange Man Bad. This is just the guy that was part of the D.C. swamp for 40 years, made tons of money, had a son and brother with sketchy ties to foreign governments, and is writing Executive Orders at lightning speed.

Besides, those children in cages photos going all over social media were from 2014. Even the Associated Press admits it. Who was president in 2014? Oh, right! It was some guy that the current President* carried across the finish line twice because Joe Biden is just so wonderful and the most popular person to ever run for President in the history of the United States. That other guy who wore a tan suit that time didn’t even come close. Heck, Biden’s 2020 rival got more votes than Biden’s 2008 and 2012 running mate.

But President Tan Suit had some policies that The Most Popular President In American History Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. really seems to like… such as detention facilities for migrant children.

The Facts First news outlet, CNN, reports:

The Biden administration is opening an overflow facility for unaccompanied migrant children apprehended at the US-Mexico border, the federal agency tasked with the children’s care told CNN in a statement.

The Health and Human Services Department will reopen a facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas, that can accommodate about 700 children and can be expanded if necessary.

The reopening of the facility comes amid an increase in apprehensions of unaccompanied children on the Southwest border, fueled in part by deteriorating conditions in Latin America and a perceived possible relaxation of enforcement, and reduced capacity limits at other facilities due to Covid-19. It also comes as President Joe Biden rolls out new immigration executive orders tackling migration to the US southern border.

Unaccompanied children who cross the border are taken into custody by the Department of Homeland Security and referred to HHS, though a Trump-era policy also makes them subject to expulsion. If placed in care, case managers work to place a child with a sponsor in the United States, like a parent or relative.

The facility in Carrizo Springs will be used for children who are medically cleared from Covid-19 quarantine and will not be used for those younger than 13, according to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the agency within HHS that is responsible for the care of migrant children.
As of Thursday, there were approximately 4,730 children in Office of Refugee Resettlement care.

Not one mention of the “kids in cages” in that entire article.

Considering that’s all we’ve heard for four entire years and certain Members of Congress made a big stink about “kids in cages.” There are instances of two Congresswomen in particular where one staged a heartwrenching photo op in an empty parking lot while maligning Customs and Border Patrol agents while the other used the issue to call for the public harassment of Trump officials.

Before ClashDaily is labeled “dangerous or derogatory content” once again by strangers behind keyboards, here are the receipts:

It’s pretty clear that no matter what President Biden does, he will be lauded for it in the media, and God alone help you if you disagree or point it out.

Can’t you just feel the unity?
